Looking Back: What Retired Nurses Want You to Know
Whenever we finish an experience, we often look back for many reasons. After graduating from college, we may reflect on our favorite classes or friendships. We revisit childhood memories to recall the joy of growing up. And, when we retire, we naturally think about what we learned, loved, and valued throughout our careers.
This is especially true for retired nurses.
At Friendship Village Tempe, a retirement community in Arizona, forty-five retired nurses took time to share their reflections. They offered advice and insights on what they wish every nurse—from brand new graduates to seasoned professionals—would know.
